I'm thinking about buying MVS carts from Fillmore gaems. Do I risk getting boots?

I ordered several PCBs from Fillmore a long time ago, and they came meticulously packed and included manuals, artwork, extra posters, you name it. Outstanding seller. However, I kept checking their site after that, and there were never any updates . . . so I never ordered again.
Overall though I'd say they are very honest and reliable, and the packaging is superb.
