NEO-GEO motherboard had various upgrade and small changes (in particular for video output) through the years...
Serial numbers reflect various versions' updates... (i.e. low serial numbers have great RGB output, but poor composite, while medium numbers have better composite, but RGB suffers a little; new ones, over 300.000, have optimised output for both...)
