Censorship on SNK games

Does anyone know if censorship is cartridge or system based ??? Example, if I own an american AES, will the jap cart show blood in the fights ?

Its system based. If you get a JPN system you will see all the blood you want. On the newer games it does not matter about which system you have, I think anything after 1995.

On mvs blood is shown on US board but like kof2000
the bounce has gone and i was so loking forward to seeing Angel bounce too
