I found it by accident on my lunch hour while looking for an MVS cab with SamSho2 (Cause I want to play this guy at my work)-

Played it breifly, used Genjuro- I won against Mr. Karate, but I had to give up my game because I had to get back to work.
Anyways, I was impressed, really cool looking and playing (from what I could tell) game.
