My money is on $325, $350 at an extreme. I don't know why people are expecting it to cost so much on HC, there's no new technology here.

I'm hoping it's no more than $325-$350. That would be killer. Then again, a September release would be nice due to my birthday being on that month. buttrock

Iam guessing anywere from $400-$800
could be less, could be more.
Good fucking God, $800?

I hope you peeps that do the NGH thing don't have to pay that much.

Thats flat out crazy for a new homecart release.

I don't actually know when the SVC game will be coming to the home cart system, but, my guess for its price would be around $400-$500. It could be like CarBixane said, around $800. That's a lot of money for a home cart, but, it's possible, because Playmore knows that this game is gonna sell like crack in the city.

my god. you people really are that stupid arent you.
the game will probably go for $350 max. you want to know what will happen if it goes any higher....more and more people will not buy it. it's just a game, people will not put up thier first born for a measly home cart.

WTF? Like said earlier, there's no new technology going into the cart. Playmore doesn't jack HC prices, collectors/this site jacks HC prices.. Why a new NGH release would cost $800 is beyond me...

Regardless of how well its supposed to sell I personally refuse to pay over 350 for it. Well maybe i should quit lying b/c they could tell me i could have it for the mere cost of one mortal soul and Id still be in line to buy.

Anybody that believes this cart will be more than the normal price is in LALA Land.
What would be the reason for the price increase??
Because it is a highly anticipated game?? The games that were'nt highly anticipated debuted @ $325, not $200. The "key" is stocking large quantities and selling out, NOT selling 20 copies @ $800 and end up having it rom dumped by some wanna be hero(s).
You must understand, the prices do not fluxuate with each release, when the price goes up it stays that way and the most I can see cart prices jumping is 350.00 max but then again.. I still can't see it raised since some of Playmore's releases have'nt justified the $325 price tag imo.

Bottom line people: This game will be $325

shit, it should/could be a bit less since it will undoubtedly be made in larger #'s compared to recent releases.

It'll be at the high end of the current release prices (Capcom gets a cut due to a liscense agreement for use of their properties.) SNK charges more for the MVS kits b/c they will be used to make money, AEs kits do not make money or the owner.

there is no such thing as an "AES kit".
neo geo home carts DO make mony (just not a boat load).
and i do not know what you are talking about when you say that they "do not make the owner" spock
not being snippy, just helping you out.

I wouldn't pay more than $375. I figure though it'll be $325 on release.

I just think people initially expected it to be high because of the "MVS" release being $1850 a launch, but if you check out the lastest news in the Neo Store section, Shawn expects the home cart to retail for $325 which is good enough for me buttrock I know what I'll be spending my b-day money on :D
