Matrimelee song lyrics?

Hi all,

My Matrimelee cart should be here Monday/Tuesday next week and I'm hoping to do a review of it asap, but I was wondering if anyone had any translations of the lyrics from the songs in the game? I don't speak Japanese, and I'm really curious to know what exactly is being said. It would also be nice to throw this info into an FAQ or post it as part of the review I will be doing (obviously I'll credit anyone that helps out with this).

So, does anyone have any info that could help? I'd really appreciate it!

Hey Kaz... I can make out bits and pieces too, just from listening to the songs while I play, but I wouldn't be able to properly translate without seeing them in front of me.

One song I can tell you a little about is Chinnen's stage, with all the Priests dancing to the Eurobeat chanting...

The chorus is:

助けてもらう陰陽師。レッツゴー！
tasukete morau onmyouji. rettsu go!
Help me Necromancer! Let's go!

So basically (I think) they're singing a song to a Necromancer, which is really funny considering it's Eurobeat.

Hehe cool, thanks for the info. Chinnen's stage happens to be one of my faves, it's a very catchy song. I really need to buy the soundtrack from ncsx... does anyone know if that comes with a lyrics sheet in Japanese?

Wizard err... I mean Evil Wasabi had a copy, but I think he's sold it already, anyway you could try asking him. They also printed them in some of the recent Arcadia magazines, but I don't have any of those so I can't help you with that.

Look for my 'Frank Zappa + Street Fighter = Matrimelee' thread in either General or News and Rumors with the search engine, I think I disected a few of the songs in that thread...
