Where can I purchase the new universal bios?

I remember reading somewhere that someone released a new debug bios recently. Does anyone know where to get it?

Check the neostore...it should have anything that is up to date, be it bios chip or phantom 1 converter.

I found it cheap and convenient to order a chip already burned, since I don't have an EPROM burner or any place that could do it for me nearby.
