Depends on the game. And depends on if you plan to collect AES/NGH or MVS carts.

mvs 10-1850

about that expect new games like say kof 2002 to go for about 300

Just buy a couple cheap games for starters, then work your way to the top.

Some the older games like Fatal Fury or Samurai Shodown, or the older KOFs like 94 or 95. Also, the japanese home carts are a lot cheaper than the US home carts. But, the language depends on what region the system, if the system is japanese, then it'll play in japanese, regardless of what region the cart is. Or Vice Versa. But, most games have language selection in the options. Some older ones like Fatal Fury do not, however.
