Check <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=716575618" target="_blank">http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=716575618</a>

It's the Neo Print board!

You can also get some carts:

<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=716571407" target="_blank">http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=716571407</a>

It's funny in the title it says MVS, but then in the description it says "not for MVS".

Pick of the neoprint:

Well, quite a weird adition to your collection anyway...

Did you notice the seller states that he will ship to USA only? Aren't you from Australia? Yeah, we non-USA ebayers do suffer from severe discrimination. In any case if you contact them they usually agree to ship internationally.

Have fun! <img src="graemlins/mrt2.gif" border="0" alt="[Mr T]" />

Aaaaarghh!!
I 've fallen into a trap!!!!

I should have read the fine print instead of jumping into it!!!

I hope I can reason with the seller... I need to wait for feedback. Just WHY would they only ship within the USA anyway? I'm prepared to pay for the shipping.

Well, the first thing I always do is check where do they ship... If it says US only then I check the description, and unless it clearly says something like "no international shipping" (in that case I just say "Fuck you, it's your lose!") I politely email before bidding asking if they could ship to Spain. They usually agree.

I pay all the extra shipping costs and I pay through Paypal, so for them is almost no difference.

Well, I hope the seller is open-minded and sells the item to you.

You realize that without the neo print camera and printer that the board and carts are pretty much useless...

Not to crap on Turf's auction but I think that board would have been much better suited going to someone who actually knew what it was and how it functioned rather than to someone who thought it might be "cool on my shelf"

I'm sending an email right now. If He doesn't ship to Australia, then I'll try rto agree to a mutual cancellation.

It would be a shame if I didn't get it, considering there's a Popeye game on this system (And it's not yet emulated).

I's not a game...

It's a bunch of still images that a special camera sticks your head into and then it is printed out on a sticker.

You really should research these things before bidding.

Well, if he is a member here than I guess it makes things easier, we are an international commnunity.

And yes, I agree that having the board without the cab set-up is useless, but hey, it's his money so he can do whatever he wants...

Let's just hope it ends well!

I think I saw that machine here in Spain, but I didn't bother to try it, although the fact that it was SNK called my attention.

Yeah, you have to be very sure what are you bidding in exactly, specially if you use the BIN, as then there's no bid retraction or chance for somebody to outbid you.

Just think before bidding next time, OK?

So the carts store different types of backdrops and images for the photos.

There are a lot of carts for that thing, how many can one of those machines hold?

Yes! He offered to ship it!

It will really look nice with the rest of my collection. I'm gonna get some print cards for it too...

I dont know where to start...

Auction Sniper, you will not be able to use this to "play games". I have said this a few times including that this is NOT a easy setup. It is quite complicated to wire this outside of a dedicated cab, but it can be done.

Sniper, I can tell you already that you dont want this as you probably will get nothing out of it. Tell me if you want to cancel the deal and I will. I'll save you the $80 that you can spend on something else.

I said MVS because it uses MVS based carts. If I just put "Neo Print" no one would have seen it. I will contact you next time I put up any auctions to see if I am doing it correctly.

I do have a problem shipping out of the US. One of which is I send a lot of packages from the office and we cannot ship internationally from here, so I have to make a special trip to the PO. Packages lost, broken, opened are only a few problems I have experienced with overseas shipping, so I try to avoid it when I can. But I do make exceptions which I was going to here.

Anything else?

FYI, the unit does not require a special camera to take the pics. Video Input and Output is all s-video.

edit: grammar
