What's the difference between the first and second release of the Jap Metal Slug 3?

Also, why were there 2 separate releases? Was the first batch buggy or full of glitches?

The second run of MS3 doesnt have the gold warning sticker on the cart. It also doesnt have one of the pages in the back of the manual which listed SNK support numbers. Why was there second run? To piss off all the people who bought the first run to begin with.

SNK did a splendid job on re-release MS3.....
This is the only Metal Slug game that price doesn't go up to $500 - $3000 range.....
