How to get a job?

Can someone tell me how to get a job? I'm desperate. And unfortunatly all the gameshops around here you must be 16 to work there, and I won't be 16 till next January. Most places will not hire you unless you are 16 or older. Work construction sites for jobs.

Sorry. If you'd like to work construction here is what I did: I went to the site and asked a guy who the foreman is. I asked the foreman if he was looking for any help. This impresses the hell out of people, and he told me to come back Monday where I was assigned to rig house frames. I learned how to do something and made some pretty good money. The key is that you have to make it happen, as most people aren't willing to step out and help you. If you go to your principal's office at school, you can get a "work permit" (I assume you live in the US) and this will allow you the same priviledge as a 16 year old.

I just sent out loads of cvs to shops that i would like to work in. One came up and asked for an interview which i took and i got the job. A good time to send them off is when its the holidays or you have just finished school.

G'luck gett'n a job at gameshops... My experience has been You have to know someone who works there to even get hired and alot of them are prics for even asking for a resmue.

If you really need a job apply for fast food places they'll hire you. Even be a bust boy for a restraunt. they get some of the server's tips someplaces.

Taco bell hires ppl under 16 years of age, I know that much. I've seen kids working there who looked 14-15. Hours are restricted to certain times, but it's better than nothing.

Hey if you are under 16 you might want to see if you can deliver the local paper. I started doing that when I was 13 and I had my own paper route.

Your also the perfect age for doing teen porn... lots of money in that. Russian Mafia can pay you in money or drugs... or both. Honestly man, I need to say this... You will spend your whole life working. From someone who is not a whole lot older then you, once you start working, you don't stop... You get use to a life style, to owning stuff, you get bills, and soon enough you are stuck. Enjoy the free time, this Neo stuff will wait and will go down in price over years... I can't imagine someone working at EB or a restaurant getting $6 an hour to pay for Neo carts!!! crap. Take it easy, enjoy your last year before you become a slave to the working world... oh and don't do porn, that stuff will come back to haunt you later on

Thanks you guys. I'll take all of that to heart, and there are several places within walking distance (or bicycle distance) of my house. I'll try to work at Books A Million, I love that store and it's also just a half a mile down the road.
