NeoGeo Sightings on TV

I was wondering how many times NeoGeo MVS/AES systems, and other NeoGeo related stuff have appeared on TV shows or commercials.

Just tonight, I was watching MadTV on Fox, and noticed a kid playing a beautiful NeoGeo MVS system at an arcade. I didn't recognize the game being played, mostly because I was trying to make sure I actually saw a NeoGeo on cable TV. Sure enough it was a large red MVS system. Hopefully the show will re-run so I can see the game being played.

A couple of days ago I saw a cell-phone commercial. Some dude was playing Art of Fighting on his Cell phone and I thought that was pretty cool.

So have any of you guys ever seen any NeoGeo stuff on TV?

Sweet. I didn't even notice that. That means NeoGeo's are still big and are popular in arcades. I was really shocked when I saw this, that I didn't even bother to look at the machines beside him.

i was watching comedy central, and it was friday night stand-up. and on the stage was a broken scoreboard a skateboarding ramp some other junk. some miscellanous cab, and a candycab. the white kind with the big blue thing over the top, the blue part was painted white. i could barely make out the nam-75 sign on the screen, then i knew it was mvs.

ever seen that movie "pheonix" , I think this is the name , it's got a neo in it.
in some bar this guy plays some girl samurai showdown 2 on a mvs machine it was great.
I think he was using earthquake and I forget who she used, I wanna say cham cham but it could of been someone else

anyway it was nice to see

An Episode of Northern Exposure where Ruth-Anne takes off on Chris Stevens' Bike and hangs out with bikers in a a dive diner. In that diner you'll see a wonderful 2 slot original Neo Cab.

I was watching Saturday Night Live on comedy central and in a Newt Gingrich Skit(Chris Farley was playing as him) they had a 4 slot in the back with baseball stars playing.

I was so happy when i saw it.

An episode of 'Nikki' where the wrestler is playing a basketball game with Nikki's brother, you can see a red mvs cab in the background running Viewpoint.

On HBO back in 1993 or 1994 there was a made-for-HBO movie called "Strapped" about some black kids who grew up in a tough neighborhood and the decisions they faced, etc, etc.

The movie sucked, but there was one scene where the main character is visiting a drug dealer friend who was playing an actual NEO GEO Aes system with the game 8Man!

Does anyone else remember this game?

There are LOADS of neo cabs all around the room.
It looks like they are all playing Nam or Viewpoint
