i know MS3 is out for the PC in jap and its got some of the coolest box art ever. So i guess it could be real.

Before you guys judge, you should do some heavy research, as I don't see why it's not possible that it was released for the PC in Japan. I have heard about legit PC releases before, and especially after looking at the pic in the auction, I tend to think this is one of them.

It looks possibly legit; in the upper right corner, I see Mega Enterprises.
