Neo Geo CD Special, What is it?

What is this, i see it on ebay all the time, but what is it, is it worth getting?
No one ever describes what it is.
Please help.

i have it, and i have yet to really play it (my neo cd hasnt come yet...but i played it on an emu) and i think its pretty cool

ithas 6 demos and some other stuff i have yet to check out

the games are:
samurai shodown (dont remember if its 1 or 2... probably 2)
aof 2 (ryo and some others)
kof 95 (japan and china teams...or was it usa? lol sorry)
fatal fury 3 (terry, and um bob and 2 others)
top hunter (1 or 2 levels probably i didnt want to ruin it)
and um one more, i think but im stupid so i cant remember, i think its another fighter or something, or maybe its only 5...lol sorry.

Is it the kinda disc you would get with the system.
Like with playstations you get a demo disc with it.
