WHO'S THE NEW SNK?

Who now owns the rights yo all of SNK's game properties now that they are no more? In fact, who published KOF2K1 if they when out of business?
I'm just trying to get up to speed, hate being a newbie!

2K1 was published by sun and developed by Eolith.
Brezza has also something to do with KoF...I cannot remember exactly
SNK-NeoGeo is the new company that was founded after SNKs death. I think they've got all the rights for games, characters etc.

PLAYMORE - Get all SNK'properties (exept for KOF and Metal slugs)
BREZZASOFT - partly involved in KOF development (most of SNK's programmers work for brezzasoft right now...)
SUN AMUSEMENT - Publish the games in japan
EOLITH - KOF2k1/2k2
UNOTAC - KOF online
MEGA ENTERPRISE - MÉTAL SLUG 4
