They're the best for many and various reason, but I really have no time to tell the details.

...SS II the best available fighting game, and affordable too.
SS III wery nice graphics and atmosphere, kind of foreboading. Also the high damage ratio isn`t a problem in my book. I think it brings a sense of "realism" into the game, like when your hit with a katana, etc. you get hurt bad. And on the higher difficulty levels It`s fun when you really have to work your way through your opponents` defences, poke him/her with fast attacks, and at the same time to be vary cautious not to let yourself open, i.e when recovering from the attack motion...

Best fighter on NEO
KOF95- its the game I can always come back to no matter how much Ive played it. The graphics and dark color schemes are amazing. It's also the first appearence of Iori and the only game with Eiji.
Kof2k1- I like this one cause I haven't played it to death.
Kof98- everybody likes this, its great
