Korean MVS

I'm going to buy a Korean KOF 98 cart, and was wondering, what are the differences from English/JP/UK carts? So far i've heard voice overs are a little different.

I owned a US cart before and now own a Korean one. I can't tell any differences at all. Voices sound exactly the same to me.

Game is determined by it's bios anyway. So if your playing on a US board, it won't make the slightest difference.
