Just received KOF 2001 this morning, as you can see, there're a number of companies that get involved which are a bit confusing.

I know in the past, it's either SNK doing everything, or we have a different compnay developing games and have SNK published the games.

Does anyone know which role each of the 4 companies mentioned are involved, looks like Playmore is the official distributor. Any useful feedback is appreciated.

I would say Playmore holds the copyrights, Sun distributes the games, Eolith and Brezza are games' developers...

Hmm, and then we got Mega Enterprise (or Megaking?), but I figured they're only developers. They do seem to have bought the rights to a lot of older Neogeo titles though. Look at this page, http://www.megaking.co.kr/megaking1/product1/pcgame.html , Metal Slug 2, Pulstar, Kof 99, Last Blade, Shock Troopers, Nam '75 etc. All on PC..
