I've finally gone MVS

YEEEEAAAAAH! :D

I finally found a cab in good condition and close enough for me to go fro AES to MVS. I found a defender cab that had been converted to Ninja Gia Den in Stone Mountain, GA. I'm in the process of redoing the jamma harnes, control panel and adding a Neo related marquee. I will also take out the 19" monitor and put in a 25". After it is complete I will post pics and sell all my AES stuff. So for 750.00 I got: Cab, 8 PCBs(Ninja Gai Den, Kageki, Football Fever, Street Smart, Run n' Gun, Shadow Dancer, Final Fight, and Street Fighter II), a 6 slot MVS board, 5 MVS carts(Ninja Master's, Art of Fighting 3, Samurai Shodown IV, and Shock Troopers 2 & Blazing Star kits). I think I got a reasonable deal not counting the 11 hour round trip and 70.00 in gas. SO.....

MVS is the way towards Neo enlightment, the ones who stray off the path are called AES.

Nice deal!

Just two weeks ago I picked up a Neo*Geo 2 slot Gold cab, a second jamma compatible cab, and Viewpoint, Bust a Move, and Fatal Fury 3 for 275 bucks!

I just put in my new buttons, sticks, and cut a new plexiglass overlay and its sweeeeeeet... :)

Great deal!! Yeah, MVS is the way to go if all you are into is playing games and not being a collector so much. You will start to find though that you will want to start collecting "kits" moreso than just the carts. Congrats!!
