on one hand theres 99 art which was borderline okay
and 2000 art which was super
but then you have 01 and 02 art...
hahahahah.

Personally I would not recommend these strictly for artwork purposes. The cards are printed on attractive, glossy paper with the odd foil one and several assemble to form the KoF 2002 main visual -always an enjoying hobby for the card collector and physically meriting the money spent, although for people like me who could not stand any post-'98 artwork, and frankly '97 is the last game the art of which I can ogle enjoyably, I say stay away.
