Has anyone ever dealt with them? Are the reliable? Are they slow to ship or fast? How does merchandise arrive?

I've bought carts from them. They are reliable and service is good. Shipping cost from Hong Kong is high though, around $26 plus $6 handling charge for 1 cart.

Yup, I can vouch for them as well. I've ordered a brand new Blue Hello Kitty Dreamcast from them and it arrived well packaged and in great condition.
