On JULY 24th 2003 (Today) I recieved my FIRST EVER NEO GEO console in the mail.
Strangely enough It came with NAM 1975.

I have finnaly hit the Neo Geo and even though I am 13years behind I couldn't be happier!!!!

I (Thanks Largely to my Parents at the time) have been buying games and consoles from my local VG retailer way before Neo Geo was first released in Australia and as much as I wanted to buy one, the $799 price tag and $300 games where just out of my reach....hey I was like 12 years old.

Thanks to ebay and the humble PC I have finally purchased my first ever NEO GEO.

NEO GEO is the Ferrari F40 of Consoles to me, at the front of the pack, and just about as RARE.
(And like the NEO GEO I will one day own a Ferrari F40 I vouge this on one of the Best days in my Life!!!!)

LONG LIVE NEO GEO and Peace out from Down Under!!!!!!

NAM 1975 is a pretty good shooting type game, one of the first Neo Geo games ever came out. If you can find it cheap, I wouldn't hesitate picking it up. So, if you like miltary type shooters, NAM 1975 is not a bad game.

Nothing beat that great sense of euphoria of plugging in the AES for the first time, and seeing how it looks on your tv. I will never forget the day I got mine.

Yeah I've been a neo dork for quite some time now - but I never really felt like part of the club until I picked up my NGH earlier this year. I always felt like sort of a Neo poser just playing the games in the arcade. Anyway, my x-box and gamecube are rusting shut as I type this .... the fun factor just never was there like it is with the neo.

Ok, well I'm rambling - enjoy your Neo and see what a difference super oversized carts make!

Nam 1975 is a good shooter.
I recommend picking up a copy.
It plays like Sega's Operation Wolf just movement is left-right not front-back.
