No, no, no -see, what Biomotor hasn't been telling us is that he's been funding his Neo habit by becoming a test subject at the "cybernetics" deptartment at the University of Alaska at Fairbanks. The experiments where to see if a normal human could be loaded with massive amounts of information and integrated into a mainframe (a la "Lawnmower Man"). From what I understand, they should be in the final process of the experiments. If everything goes according to plan, all the telephones in the world should ring at once to signal his entry into the global internet. Like SkyNet, only aimed at trolls. From what I remember him saying, he saw it as a way to "shut down trolling once and for all, and for all time". I might be a little inaccurate on the quote -He may have said "the Living" instead of "trolling" -but you get the jist.
