Cab help wanted!

Please excuse my ignorance, I am in need on your wisdom here.


I'm looking at different Neo cabs on
<a href="http://www.arcadeinfinity.com" target="_blank">http://www.arcadeinfinity.com</a> and I want to know what the differences are between the various models besides cosmetics. Will they all play MVS games, or just the ones with MVS in the title? Are the other ones JAMMA boards? Help please!
