Does it matter which Phantom1 to get?

Does it matter which Phantom1 converter to get? 1st, 2nd or 3rd revision? Which do you guys recommend?

While on the subject ove seen on the internet a convertor that is coming towards you and not on top of the neo geo i think that is the best if you dont want to play games from kof 98 onwards
does anyone know where to get one and how much one would cost i would be gratefull thanks in advanced
