Brand New ? yeah maybe. Unopened ? No. the picture show's the cart, so the seal sticker has been broken. Maybe "unused" should be the term.HPMAN:
"Above photo is just the sample. The auction item is brand new and not opened before."
I see no problem here, you can found those easily in the seller's country, Japan.
lol lol lol lolNGT:
"Please make sure your NEO GEO can play Japanese before bidding"
Same statement was in the auction I bought KOF 98 on, and like I said, it was perfect.Above photo is just the sample. The auction item is brand new and not opened before.
Read the whole auion info ? Are you fucking blind ?matrimelee:

Already did. His response :matrimelee:
Atrophyed, I can see you've been around for a while. Not trying to instigate a flame war.
E-mail the seller if there's something you want to know.
I'm telling you, the game you'd get is probably new and sealed. I think what he does is open 1 and use the photo forever.

I think there is a bit of a language barrier here. 'Same' could mean exact same item to you, but it could mean same game to him. I still think he knows what he's saying. I believe he has a single stock picture and whole stocks of unopened carts.Atrophyed:

Might he wanted to say something diferent ?![]()

The cart is out of the box. IT WAS OPENED
All Neo Geo games came with baggies for the manuals. Where is it ?
Almost all Neo Geo carts smells like new for ages. It's easy to fool anybody if any game is just mint+ and pretending the game to be as a "new" one.
Let me say that it's a pretty bad philosophy when trying to sell a "NEW" cart. winklithy:

I emailed the guy. completely makes sence what I'm saying. Why should I post a topic like this otherwise ?HPMAN:

Pic is here for sample, it's not the cart you're bidding on.

I'm not saying its a good or convincing strategy, I always take pics of the actual item I'm selling to avoid this type of stuff, but I still think he'd be a bit dumb to try and sell it as new if it was the item pictured. He has almost 6k positive feedback, likely not for nothing.Atrophyed:

Usually, when you're selling a BRAND NEW Neo Geo game, you usually take an actual picture of the item.
I remember Yamatoku selling a KOF97, and an other ebayer was selling one as a "brand new jap copy" using Yamatoku's pics !!
MWHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! "Yamatoku's pics" !! they never look new !![]()
hey, not judging his feedback man!lithy:

Wouldn't it be wiser to take at LEAST a pic of a real "new unopened SSII" as a stock picture for these ocasions ?c.t.h:
Heh, it wouldn't make sense to take a pic for every game, sam 2s are a dime a dozen. Still, you'd think his stock photo actually showed a new one.

Oh wait, look, it could also mean "item is brand new and not opened before"Atrophyed:
And by his sentence, "Above photo is just the sample. The auction item is brand new and not opened before".
It can mean "just the sample" of what you can get. It's a possibility.
He would maybe tried to say that the game is new but never been played/used before. Thus, that's what I'm criticizing the auction description.
WTF do you think "Above photo is just the sample. The auction item is brand new and not opened before" means ?Atrophyed:
You don't see anywhere saying "The game in the picture is not the one you'll get".
You got too much time to waste.Atrophyed:
I still doesn't convince me that the game is new. stock picture ? bad idea. at least he could have used a better SAMSHO II Pic ! this one is full of whitening here and there.
no baggies. frownHPMAN LOOK, some games aren't even pictured ! What a bad auction !!!
