Just so you guys know - this faitti guy is a fucking lousy seller.
I'm currently in a PayPal dispute with him over some MVS cases that never arrived. very_ang
Or maybe they're just "late" because he claims he forgot to send them out until two weeks after I paid him.
He's also quite sketchy when it comes to responding to e-mails. Hey Kyo Geo, how about a tracking number? shame
Buyer beware.

I have repeatedly explained to this guy that I have shipped the goods already as stated, and all the other auctions I had on at the time have arrived to their uk buyers, unfortunatley I did amitedly send the items late but they ARE on the way.
Lousy seller? with 100 percent? Ok then. I have dealt with numerous people on this forum such as tansbo, zaki matar, venom 743, Joe, david handley, rot......want me to go on?
One or 2 may say their items got there a little late but they were all fine and happy, I kept up to date with them in emails and always let them no the score.
Your post shows that youre quite simply vindictive, bitter and pointless. Most sellers get a negative at some point but do you see evryone running to these forums to ruin the person completely?
Ok, I dont have a tracking number for you because quite simply I misplaced it. Yeah, typical excuse I agree, but i will tell you this now- if your items havent been received in the next 10 days I will refund you your money, and what a surprise, now you wont bother telling me when they do, will you?

Hey, I'm just making a public service announcement because I want everyone to know what I've gone through with you.
1)Look, if you didn't send the carts, you're a scammer. If what you said is true, you held my payment and didn't ship for two weeks - without so much as one e-mail to give me a heads up. Either one in my mind makes you a lousy seller.
2)It took a complaint to PayPal to get you to even reply to an e-mail. And even then you wouldn't answer me on whether or not there was a tracking number on the package.
Vindictive and bitter? Hell yes. You've got my money and all I have is this headache to deal with.
Want to show everyone what a great seller you are? Refund my PayPal, and if you sent the carts like you say you did, I'll mark them "return to sender" when and if they arrive.

I really dont think that this warrants a negative, as ebay encourages the parties to sort out the differences via email before taking such action, and I think our paypal receipts prove this has been done. You dont have to bullshit it, be honest in your positive and say 'slow shipping, but product as described' as im sure youll find.
If this int a fair comprimise were you come out on top with a refund and your item then I dont know what is.

Regarding the 3 week shipping 'problem'...... let's just say I've waited over a month for my goods to arrive from abroad :|
