Why does every dude here cracks up when another dude types with caps on?

It seems to be something more offending here than teh romzz... spock

I dont get it either man. I think its just that people think it has to do with screaming. Maybe its cause I am so used to DEVIL GUI's style of typing, and DSD/SAMHAINS old style as well.

I kinda find it more appealing if its used in a tasteful manner.
But if some dude who cant form a sentence uses it, it annoys me a bit.

I hate it when other people do it because it is considered screaming to me unless you're an SNK DEVIL. CAPS LOCK is/was apart of their persona.
