How do you think I get all of this working:
Three A/V switches daisy-chained together, with the last one in the chain hooked up to the S-video port on the TV. Three surge protectors (power strips) as well.

I don't think this setup is dangerous in any way; it's not like I have all the consoles turned on at the same time. The power draw at any given time is the TV, home theater system, the A/V switches, and game console. Just try to keep your cables tied up and tidy. I only have 9 consoles though (ha, only). For 15, you should probably get some type of rack setup going.
