Can anyone give me a couple of ideas on how to display a game system colection.I have 15 systems and for the love of my life can not find a way to display them. Does anyone have custom made furniture? What would be a cool way to display a system by itself? Any ideas?

Exactly, I use a white panel tray which looks like shit and does not match....

I have a kick ass set up, just on ugly material...

Maybe check the Collections page and see if there is something you like? Don't know how to have 15 systems visible and playable at the same time, but maybe that's not what you want?

Get like 4 power bars, a video device which allows a certain amount of vid cables plugged in, and just plug that one's TV extension into yet another until everything is booted up, that could be massive or very dangerous I have not tested it though.

How do you think I get all of this working:

Three A/V switches daisy-chained together, with the last one in the chain hooked up to the S-video port on the TV. Three surge protectors (power strips) as well.

I suggest you do as I did and get auto-switching A/V boxes, or else you'll drive yourself insane manually switching every time you want to play a different console. Here's the one I got (well, 3 of them ;) ).

I don't think this setup is dangerous in any way; it's not like I have all the consoles turned on at the same time. The power draw at any given time is the TV, home theater system, the A/V switches, and game console. Just try to keep your cables tied up and tidy. I only have 9 consoles though (ha, only). For 15, you should probably get some type of rack setup going.

I have been debating over the rack system for ages (I have 15 systems if you count Sega Cd and 32x as a system, hey why not they all have there own power supply)but have not found a method that would allow me to keep he contols on the rack by its own system. It is a pain in the but to have to diconnect and connect stuff just to play one game. Especially since my S-video is in the back of my 36 inch TV. Any ideas on how a nice rack system would work? I have even thouhjt of getting custom furniture done for me.

It makes it hard with som many systems my (SNES, Genesis, 32X, Sega Cd, NES, N64, DC, PSX, Sega Saturn, Sega Master System, Neo Geo, Turbo Duo, and varios models of the Genesis, Nes, and Snes.
But soon I will have a Super Famicon, Megadrive, SG-1000 (if I can find one), Turbo Graphix 16, a Japanese Saturn, Neo CD and a bunch of other crap I dont need because they are duplicates of stuff I have but look nice and lets me polay imports. Im also getting a PS2,GC,and an X-Box hopefully before the end of 2002.As you can see I have a big problem or will have a even bigger problem with all the systems and connections. When I get thing sorted Ill take a pic.
