Which SNK fighting series do you hate the most?

For me, it's the World Heroes series without a doubt. Back when part 1 came out in arcades, all of my friends used WH as the poster boy of SNK fighters to show that Capcom was king with their SFII. I have to admit though, that I also felt the same way at the time. Compared to SFII, WH was a slow, sloppy, and miserable fighter that felt more like a chore to play than actual fun. This is really the only SNK fighting series that I dislike; do you have one to?

I'm not big on the World Hero's series. I love Samurai Shodown, Last Blade, and KoF.

Shouldn't the real question be: "Which SNK fighting series do you like the least"?

haha, maybe not... AOF sucks. Followed by World Heroes.

Oh I'm definitely not a fan of World Heroes at all. I don't like any of the characters and I just don't think that it's any fun. There's nothing that makes me want to go back and play this game again. Very sad that many people see WH as their only fighting game.

WH! Urgh...shitty character designs, can`t go much lower than Rasputin or Mudman...and gameplay to match as well :( <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />

Probably World Heroes, altrough I haven't seen/played it. All the other series are great. AOF is the least fun trough :D

I do not "hate" any of them actually. That said, my least favorite would be the World Heroes series.

personally for me its the KOF series then then the world hero series.

I have to give AOF the knod for my least favourite series.. I like AOF 1(against a human opponent,this game is awsome!!) and I like WH2.In the case of WH2 I sank many a quarter in the machine during competetitions in 93' I also grew to like WH JET until the final boss revealed himself...Why was'nt he @ least the same height of Muscle Powers and NOT an AOF character! WH2 JET would have been pretty cool IMO if they did'nt make Zues an "out of place" giant! Does'nt look right! (sigh)

...damn it will you peeps quit dissin WORLD HEROES SERIES being bad. it isn't thaaat bad, it isn't the best, but it isn't the worst or least liked either... damn y'all!!!

i have all 4 of the mvs and aes carts and yes i do play them and yes i have not sold them at all since i got them. the controls of them are something to get used to and a chore at first but once you get into the groove of playin it the controls are not that bad...

..now if you guys wanna diss a neo fighting series then i have a vote too - how about voltage fighter gowkaiser, or ninja masters, or that neo version of double dragon (yeack!), or galaxy fight, or ragnagard (oh my gawd, how the hell did this game came out from SNK is beyond me, yeesh!)... <sarcasm>world heroes series suck, yeah right</sarcasm>

...so damnit quit dissin on world heroes series coz there are quite a few out there that are far worse... <img src="graemlins/shame.gif" border="0" alt="[Shame]" /> <img src="graemlins/veryangry.gif" border="0" alt="[Very Angry]" />

The fighting game series I like the least is also world heroes.

I don't hate it, but I'd rather play a KoF game any day or Fatal Fury etc.

As far at the character designs go, I don't mind them. Mudman, Eric, etc are all very silly, but that's this game's one appeal. Its the one fighting game that I can FAIRLY fight my girlfriend in, as I haven't played it enough to learn the character's names, much less their super ultra specials!!!!!

I guess there is at least one good thing about having below average fighters :)

Sorry, don't have one. World Heroes was the game that made me aware of the Neo Geo so there's no way in hell I can say I hate it. I like Breakers and Double Dragon as well. All three games were far more enjoyable than SF's ever been; especially since no one around here does the unthinkable and uses a character that didn't originate from SF II. GASP!!! What a concept! :eek:

I've only played Ninja Masters a couple of times and I've never touched Savage Reign/Kizuna Encounter or Buriki One so I won't comment on them. Voltage Fighter could have been better if it weren't for the speed, but I didn't hate that either.

SNK hasn't made a fighter that I hate with as much passion as I do MK.

Although some of the world heroes are pretty shabby.. SNK do not make them, it was alpha, if the question was neo geo fighters, then fair enough otherwise I think real bout fatal fury newcomers made the real bouts very lame indeed.
