It didn't come with my US Gold System. It may have come with some of the Japanese system sets, but I can't confirm that.

When I got my Neo-Geo back in '92 they gave me a mem card, Fatal Fury, Baseball Stars Pro and Magician Lord. But I think that was a deal the store had.
