Buy-Rite Video Games

OK OK, these guys suck. I know everyone already knows this, but I decided to find out for my self. So, I ordered something C.O.D. It finally got here today and I ordered it Jul 10th!!!!! I would have been so pissed if I had payed by a credit card. Well just given you all a heads up. loco

You got your item only because you paid by COD, if ya would have ordered by credit card, then, they wouldn't shipped your item and took your money. Don't buy anything from them even if it's COD, that means that you're keepin Buy-Rite open, which means they can scam more people. The only way Buy-Rite is gonna go, is that no one buys from them. Longs if people buying stuff from them, then, they are gonna continue to scam more people. I was gonna get a Saturn game from them, but, as soon as I heard that they're big tyme scammers, I said "I ain't dealin wit' those scammers." Someone that has been scammed by them, needs to get the Better Business Breau on their ass and put these scammers out of comission.

The Better Business Bureau has a HUGE file on them already. They need to do something about them...

Ironically, the guys at the retail store are very helpful and friendly, although most of the prices are higher than they are on the net, so I don't buy anything from them anymore. They were a good hookup for me on Saturn and DC imports back before I had the ability to order stuff from the net.

That being said, I wouldn't touch their website with a 10-foot pole. Nor do I expect to actually ever buy anything from their retail store either, although I do pop in once in a while.

Curiousity kills, but what did you order and did it come in good condition?

Take it from me....BUY-Rite is the UNHOLY PLAGUE!!! I wouldnt wish these scamming assholes on anyone. And for gamers like some of us to continue to give them money its only giving them more chances to scam people. And you'd better believe that they will without hesitation.

I ordered 2 sega saturn new style 6-button controllers, they came in fair condition, looked as though they had been sitting in a drawer for a few years, but they work fine.
