Only an AESHOLE such as yourself would make a statement like that! "Real Creativity" was installment #1 because of the boundaries that were set which is an embellished realism.
I kind of felt like they wanted to continue in this direction when I saw the 1st level of MS2 and that's when the programmers probably said,"If we keep this up,we can open ourselves up for a # of hefty lawsuits!"

Metal Slug 4 was not good enough for me. It was a cut and paste job. Metal SLug 5 seems to look much better than Metal Slug 5. I think that it was kind of interesting when the series got aliens involved in the saga. I think that Metal Slug 1, 2, X, 3 is an entire saga. It starts out as a war on earth against the good guys versus the bad guys. Then the good guys and the bad guys look past their differences and team up to fight the alien hord that wishes to take over planet earth.
In part 4, the aliens have been defeated so the people of earth start up the war against themselves again. I wonder if the evil General Morden will ever be defeated. I hope that Metal Slug 5 impresses....

How in godsname can you diss a Slug game that's not out yet.. oh_no
Nothing about this game is known, except for the fact that it will NOT be a rehash and uninspired game like slug 4 was.
ain't that fucking GREAT ?
The other thing I can't understand at all, is how someone can criticise anything about slug 1.. But at least it's based on facts and actual playing experience (or at least I hope it is).
That's something else then "Hey, this game is gonna suck, I can tell this by having seen a couple of 25 x 25 pixel images !!!"
This makes me sick sometimes.. Sell your neo if you're so damn sick and tired of it.
