mini marquee

I was just wondering about the mini marquee made for the newer games. I haven't bought a new MVS game in a while, until I bought Rage Of The Dragon ($69 for a brand new MVS kit is just too good to pass up). Anyway, the mini marquee wasn't the hard plastic that SNK used to use. It's now paper. =(

I was wondering when the paper mini marquee started. From which game I mean.

Good question...being somewhat new to MVS (formerly an AES guy), I wondered the same thing. My observations point to sometime in 1999 to 2000 is when the plastic MM's went out of favor. I could be wrong though...

I think it started with the very game you just bought.

i am grateful but still kinda sucks.
i really wish they would go back to the old marquees.
