game Faqs summer contest starting? nominate a SNK character!

As always GameFaqs is starting the anual summer contest for the most popular VG game character. Well before it starts the highest nominated characters will be put in. I think as a community we should try and get some one like Terry bogard, Kyo Kusanagi, or Haohmaru in there. Anyone else interested in goofing up some statistics as well?

these pair were in it last time and failed miserably, thanks to that sites ultra-nintendo and squaresoft bias. yes, according to gamefaqs, aya brea is a better character than terry bogard, and duke nukem is better than iori yagami.

Yeah but you never know.
SNKvsCapcom's apparent mainstream popularity [or at least...interest] could make it "cool" to vote for SNK characters.

Well, its pretty obvious to me at least, that they stand a much better chance this year.
