Ok, please forgive me for doing this, but I want to get things straight once and for all. This is not a thread to bash him There are plenty of other threads to do that on.

FIRST: if you have been legitimately scammed in some way by japhei (casey) I would like you to either: PM me with the information TO THE POINT, or post it, TO THE POINT. I will then, and as posts / PM's are added, make and keep up a list. Again, This is not a thread to bash him

NEXT: I want people that have done positive transactions with those who's names are on the list to vouch for those people (not friends, people that have done sell / trade transactions with them).

Please forgive me for going through this, but I want to seperate the plain bashing from the actual bad business transactions. PLEASE bare with me on this one and if you have no transactions with Japhei, please don't worry about this thread unless you are vouching for one of the people on the list. Thank you, and if no one spams this thread this may be the last time something like this will need to be posted, maybe.

wow. You really dug this thread out of the closet. Well, this was actually intended for those who fully went thru on a transaction with him and ENDED in being ripped off: bootleg, product never sent. But I say post links to the two auctions so we can see what his fine print is. I mean, bootlegs are illegeal either way, but reciently most of his auctions have said "not bootleg". Best of luck with it. Maybe if you make a big comotion he will do you right.

That guy closed out his OLD ebay name (Jesicasman7), because he had horrible feedback pile up on a daily basis.

It's my opinion that he's trying his scams out under a new name. (Same crappy use of English grammar and a TAMPA, Fl. address make it obvious to me. He sells fake Pac Man boards, which he admitted to me in an IM.)

Look, this is tired and old. Japhei is a small time scam artist. He likes to play with people's money. He promised me an item, never shipped it, kept saying there was problems, and basically tried to feed me every line possible until what I was sure was the deadline for a charge back via paypal.

So, I didn't wait, three weeks, no game, shooty communication, bunch of lies. He ended up giving paypal a fake tracking number... Paypal gave me back my cash without another delay. The guy is just a two bit fool. I got my money back, but he would have happily scammed me if I had let him. F' him and everyone that deals with him... you've all been warned. If you still want to do business with him good for you, just stop bringing up your shit here!

I am going to hopefully help collect money or assets for those who can VERIFY they were involved in a transaction in which they were left without product or with a product unagreed upon by the recieving party. I HAVE NOT BEEN SCAMMED, and I do not plan on doing a transaction ever with this Casey McMahon. I am going to see if I can make this happen for those people. Maybe it won't work. If it doesn't, I will have a large amount of info to pass on to the next person who may be in a better position to file lawsuit.
@nruva: at what point did I become an asshole to you? Im not saying he didn't try to scam you, but in turn he scammed paypal, not you. It was an atempt on his part, and paypal paid for it. My condolences to you for a bad transaction. I don't think your an asshole, so think of me what you will. I just asked for very specific information, and have recieved many replies, none of which have had the info I need to make any action or documentation. If you were tring to help I thank you for the attempt. If you know of anyone who was never compensated for a transaction and can vouch for their honesty, please refer them to me or visa versa. Thank you.

I am going to hopefully help collect money or assets for those who can VERIFY they were involved in a transaction in which they were left without product or with a product unagreed upon by the recieving party. Binary man, there is something to know about Japhei. He isn't really smart. His scams are easy to see through, I guess it is going to be hard to find many people that fall for them and don't get their money back in some way. Paypal/Credit Card charge back, etc. I guess people who got bootlegs are worse off then those that got nothing... since we can prove we got nothing and get our money back.

Look... I just get mad at these topics... Japhei's name is shit here and elsewhere on the web. I just hate seeing him get any attention, especially attention that says people like myself were not scammed by him. I was, I just luckily used a payment service that was reversable. Anyway...
