Wow! Check out the "Coming Soon" tab in the Neostore! With that many units due in, I'm willing to bet they be priced EVEN LESS than the $69 price point that they are at now!

Perfect chance for me to pick up an extra 2 or 3 new kits!

Yes..if they are lower then I will pick it up as well. Have not played this game yet. Will be interesting to see what price they are at once they arrive.

Why do you need 2 or 3 extra kits? spock
Why not? It's not every day that you get the chance to add some brand new/affordable MVS kits to your collection!

Not really. I like buying my games just like the next guy. My point is that when this title first came out, everyone was like "cheap MOTW" or not worth it yet. So for the same price as it is now, I could buy Zupappa instead. If the price lowers, then it makes the game that much more inticing.

Thats clearly a sign of how bad ROTD did in the arcade. It was a good effort but a mediocre game. frown

Why are there so many copies of this game on MVS? I guess it didn't perform as well as one expected it to.

No matter, because all you MVSers get a new game for a great price.

Just think, arcade ops were buying this new for a cool G a year or so ago.

MIlk Man..

Thanks for the heads up. How would you rate this game? I am into fighters and so from a scale of 1-10 for fun factor?

Cheeper then 70 bucks? Holy crap. Keep me posted. I don't care how broken of a game it is, if it's fun and I can get a full kit then I'm sold.

Hopefully Matrimelee will drop in price for MVS soon. I want to get that one, looks like tons of fun.

600 new kits?!

That's one hell of a lot of doorstops and paper weights...

RotD is pants (imo).

I really love this game, I feel it was worth the $69 I originally paid, let alone cheaper.

Well, according to a little birdie, Matrimelee was not made in the same enormous amounts as ROTD... it seems some one made a big mistake at SNK/Playmore/Noise and over estimated how ROTD would be recieved. IT is not a bad game, but... Shawn alone has had near 1000 kits... there is just no demand for this game and a flooded market... Matrimelee is not the same... and should stay a bit higher priced.

Well, it's obvious they're not selling for the asking price.

Supply and Demand would naturally suggest you lower the price.
