Paypal question, please help

I have a question, is paypal instant when somebody sends money to paypal, because i have excepted some of your money for shipping & other stuff, but the money that i have left in paypal, when is that money officially mine, because i can send items as soon as possible if its instant.
Or do i have to wait intill it clears, if so how long will thats take.

Your reply dont have to be detailed, just one or two lines.

1.- Paypal is as fast as sending an e-mail.

2.- Before some other Neo Cop tells you: this is the wrong forum for this kind of questions, please bear this in mind in the future wink .

1) Paypal transactions are almost instant, providing it's not an eCheck (thanks NeoGML!)

2) I cannot understand 80% of your post. Are you a native English speaker? If so, shame on you. If not... that's OK then, don't worry about it.

3) It's a valid question, but you should have posted it in the Unrrelated forum. General Discussion is for Neo talk only. There are a few people (well actually only one person) who take great offence at any non-Neo topics posted in the General Discussion forum. Just so you know.

The money is yours the instant it's in your account, however, I've had to wait a couple times for payments to clear which takes 2 or 3 days. Use it as you'd like or withdraw it to your checking account if you're verified.
