Okay, we think there are only 2 of these, right?

Well, in this 1997 pic NGF claims there are 5 euro versions in this box:

http://www.neogeofreak.com/stock2/6Kizunas.jpg

lie? faked photo?

What do you guys think?

I think that we talked too much about this game, i think that ngfreak never had any real kizuna encounter,i think all is a lie.
Dion writes on the carts, stamps his games, nothing more , nothing less.

Lie... there was a great old thread where NGF built fake Kizunas based on NG.com's pic of the game, and messed up the fakes because they missed something that was hiding underneath the watermark. :) I'll look for it if I get a chance.

I'm pretty sure during the great "restock" they claimed to get 6 JPN copies and one Euro. I could be wrong.

It's most likely fake or freaked... which makes it worthless anyways.

Remember, they were selling "budget" MS1's as official for about $400.

I think both of these subjects get too much discussion time these days.. both are not worth the breath anymore.

Also, I highly doubt there's THAT few Euro Kizunas in the world, they probably just haven't turned up yet.

They were proved to be FAKE by Shawn.

The images they showed of their kizuna copies lacked many details that the origional one has.

Shawn showed a side by side analysis that is somewhere in the archives.

I'm entirely too lazy to look though.

I also agree that there are/was more than 2 copies of the game.

I think its possible because thats an old picture. Long before n-g.com started. Their converted Euro Kizuna that Shawn discredited, that picture only showed up less than a year ago I believe. Since this picture is from 97 a year after this game came out with no hype, and had no hype for being so rare, it'd be odd for them to claim they had a 'whole half dozen' of a game no one cared about. Oh well regardless they are still retarded, and there are still more than 3 of these Euro Kizunas out there.

lol lol lol
Please tell your friend Dion that an original sticker on a cart has a © or ® near the title.
There are one on the Kizuna euro, and your mates forgot it.

How can someone believe Dion had these games in stock except a ngf blind addict....

No offense, but you're totally wrong.
The Kiz euro Drama started long time before they put the picture of the 6 kiz euros..
It is also the only reason they show us the picture.

Dion and chris are sick.
They are obsessed to be the real neo geo gods.
THey only put this picture to show they had the rarest game, bla bla.
All is fucking bullshit, and i can now say that if the 6 Kizuna euro they had in the X6 snk box are real, i give my mvs + aes collection to lithy.

Dion, neogeofreak,are real Scammers...
REAL

No offense taken although now I really want them to be real :p I'll give you my address...

I guess I was looking at it like this Shawn acquired his if I remember right in about 98 he traded someone, not sure who and a bit too lazy to go look, a Super Dodge Ball conversion, and he has stated that that was about its value at the time...so I guess about 400 dollars. Only until he never saw any more of these pop up did he start to think it was rare. So all I'm saying is that I still think 97 is a bit early to be showing off something that wasn't rare.

Of course I haven't been in the online 'scene' for long so I don't know what went on before, I'm basing my observation on Shawn's story behind his cart.

"Keep in mind that I bought my personal copy for roughly $500, I traded a converted Super Dodgeball home cart back in ’99 as even trade for US Kizuna."

Found what Shawn paid for his and that was in 99...so it'd be odd that two years prior they claim to have six of a cart that no one cared about.

Ah yes that's right because it was Adol that claimed when there was the big to do about "2 Known Copies" that that was bullshit because he himself had sold 3 different ones...one of those to Shawn.

Has nobody else yet understood this? "3 known copies" for those who didn't keep up with things was inteded as "3 known to be official copies in recorded sales." Of course it has sold at less than its current value but it's been proven on more than one occaision in the recent past that the game will generate offers of motor vehicle proportions, hence the price guide quote.

Well then I retract my hypothesis... if its 2001 then they are likely fake.

They are fake. I e-mailed Chris Ray when he first uploaded that photo and asked him how much he wanted for them. He said that the box had 5 euro kizuna's and one jap one. I asked him how much he wanted for the 5 euro ones and he said $600 each, so I said I would buy all 5 off him if he promised not to stamp them. His reply to me was that he changed his mind about selling and that he wanted to keep them in his collection.......

Oh well, if you pay attention to the photo, the supposed box of kizuna's is the only box that is not labeled.

Yep. He not only named the price himself, but he also had a customer requesting to buy in bulk without any discount. There is no reason he wouldn't sell unless they didn't exist in the first place. I mean, come on, who needs 5 duplicates in a collection! lol

If he actually had five or six copies he would have taken a photo of them, not an empty box.
