I just bought Strikers 1945 Plus recently and man, this game is so addicting. Psikyo does an awesome job with this game. I cannot believe I have heard people talk bad about this game. I like how the screen gets flooded with bullets and sometimes the only way to dodge them is with a super weapon to block for ya. The stage layout is great, I like how level one isn’t always level one and the stages switch around like Cannon Spike, which I really miss. I just really can’t say enough about how much I like this game. This game has not left my system since I received it. Pure fun.

How does it stack up against other similar shooters, like the other Strikers games or Aero Fighters 2 and 3?

I haven't had the pleasure of playing it...

I also think this is the best shooter on the Neo,since I got mine a few weeks ago I have not touched Blazing Star or Metal Slug X..........

I haven't played Aero 3 or any other Strikers, but this one sure is fun. I don't think it's better than the Slugs but I haven’t touched my Slugs since I received this. It is definitely a must have.

Poorly. I'm a big fan of Strikers 1 and 2, and Plus just doesn't have a soul. It's fun; don't get me wrong, but it could've been so much more. The game slows down a bit in 2P mode as well. I haven't played either Aerofighter so I can't compare it to them.

Poorly. I'm a big fan of Strikers 1 and 2, and Plus just doesn't have a soul. It's fun; don't get me wrong, but it could've been so much more. The game slows down a bit in 2P mode as well. I haven't played either Aerofighter so I can't compare it to them.

I don't know about the whole games having “souls” thing, but Strikers 1945 Plus is an Awesome game, straight up. I highly recommend it. It’s very challenging and I’m having hours of fun with it. Shooters hardly have me coming back for more and this one does easily.

As far I can tell you, this is the most greatest Shooter game ever made on neogeo. Still, matchs with 1942 capcom series, but no doubt. This has a stubid storyline. Fresh gameplay. Awesome graphics.

About stupid storyline. This game is most focused on WW2 but includings aliens and anime robots. Shame, stubid enemies on a great shooter game, what a shame frown
