What level of encryption does ZuPaPa! use?

I bought myself one of the old converters that works with everything up to I think KOF '98 and I would love to get ZuPaPa! but obviously don't want to waste my cash on a paperweight. Anyone know if it would work?

If you are talking about something called Phantom, then a MVS Zupapa will work with it.

and if you are not talking about a phantom (meaning one of the older home-made non-encrypted converters) than the answer is no, I do not think a zupapa cart would work on that.

Zupapa won't work on old style converters, unless you get a hand on an NGF version
