I was concidering buying a Neo 29 Jamma cabinet from arcade-infinity. But I was concerned about how they got sued by Playmore for selling bootleg games. What do you think?
Howdy,
Whats to be concerned about? They are Great sellers. I just bought a cab from them, it has a problem with the motherboard, but they corrected the situtation.
Anyway, they are really good guys. I also have a neo 25 thanks to them
These are good guys alright. I had to email them a bunch of times until Jack Tao gave me his phone # and I talked to him personally. I got a great deal on a SNK Super Neo 29 Candy Cabinet from them last month. It didn't come with a motherboard, but everything else was great. All I had to do was plug in my 1 slot & Hyper 64 boards and it worked flawlessly. Will definately do business with them again. I hope this helps. Laters...
Well, I just bought a Super Neo 29 Candy off ebay from arcadestuff (Jeffrey Tao/Arcade-Infinity) and the monitor has some burn-in. Not cool at all in my opinion! I guess I should take some of the blame because I never asked about the monitor before purchasing... I just assumed that it was fine (especially for the price and the fact that he never mentioned it). Still, my advice to anyone thinking about buying from them is to make sure and ask about the monitor before-hand (don't assume shit).
For what it is worth, I also bought a Konami Windy 29 from Jeff a couple years back and didn't have any problems. I still plan on buying more cabs from them in the future but I'll definitely be asking about burn-in next time around.
I bought a cab from them year before last and all was good. I wouldn't worry about buying from them. Just ask a lot of questions, they're very good about communication.
