Best slug sequal?

which of the metal slug sequals do you think is the best, which has best game play, most amount of different vehicles and weapons, most levels,etc

MS3

A dozen vehicles, 1 1/2 dozen weapons, longest gameplay since the 5th (last) mission has the length of for mission, many jokes.

But the best joke you only find in MS1:

Check out Mission 5 the destroyed inn were soldiers come from all directions. Make sure you get the Slug before! Now a soldier will jumps on your Slug and FUCK the cannon (no shit) while another is dismounting the slug´s gatling gun with a hammer, finally they throw dynamite into the slug!

So I vote MS 1 for 2nd place!

X and 3 are just about tied for me. I think I like Slug X just a little bit more.

I have decided to get slug x as its twice as cheap as slug 3 which will allow me to also get kizuna battle too and still have cash left over

I LOVE Slug 3, however I think the pacing is better in Slug X. Sometimes, Slug 3 slows down a bit (not the game engine, but the actual pace if the game). For example, the Zombie level, while cool and beautifully animated, is a little slow.

So, my vote for best sequal would be MSX.

Nope, I still like normal Metal Slug better, but 3 is the best sequal for sure. I have no idea why but mine has been having slow downs for a while! <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />
