Cosmic Amusement questions from a newbie

Well I tried using the search forums feature to find info on this company, but for some reason my machine hangs up while searching. Anyway, i've read here and elsewhere about this compnay and it seems like they are reliable and provide a good service, however I would like to know more before I fork down the cash.
I'm planning on getting 4 carts, heres the quote that I got:
Shock Troopers $40
MAgical Drop 3 $25
MEtal Slug 2 $45
Last Blade 2 $38

Shipping $44

Add the wire transfer and the whole lot would cost me $217. Is this a good deal? Is it even worth it? I mean, I think I could get these carts for about the same price out of ebay. I guess the only reason I would go for it is if they are in pristine condition with ALL the docs.
What do you guys think? Any other good places to get MVS carts? Any detailed info on Cosmicco would be greatly appreciated.

Shipping has always been the number one hang-up about Cosmic Co. They've always had high shipping, and their desire for wire-tranfers, while instant, is -very- expensive.

You may want to ask if they paypal or if they'll let you mail payment.

As for the shipping, they do get it out very, very fast.
