I want one of these. I've emailed twice about shipping with no reply and I was wondering what I would have to do in order to move my 2-slot from the Dynamo it's in now to that machine when I get it.

do they come ready for MVS? Is there anything else I'll need to buy? Does anyone know about how much it'll cost to get to State College, PA? I couldn't get thier link to work that was supposed to tell me shipping costs.

Are they reliable? If my machine comes broken are they likely to make it right?

I'm looking at a fairly large investment here and I just want some reassurance from people that have dealt with arcade-infinity and know what they're like. Frankly with two unanswered E-mails I'm starting to have doubts.

Hey man , I bought my candy an SC-19 from Jeff at arcade-infinity.

They are great guys to deal with , I wouldnt worry to much about it showing up broken.

They wrapped the hell out of mine , it had about 6 inches of card board and bubble wrap everywhere and it was strapped to a pallet.
The cabs are also metal so there is no danger of broken corners , like you can get with wood cabs.

They ship using YellowFreight only , which you can have dropped to your door , or pick it up at the nearist distribution center.

I opted for the later of the 2 and the difference was $86.00 I pick up , $126.00 they deliver.
I only live about 400 miles from them , and my cab is very light at 82 lbs.

Yours would be about 270 lbs so your probably looking at around $200-300.00 ?

I asked Jeff about the shipping price and he was able to give me a rough estimate, and he was very close. he said about 120.00 to my door.

As far as moving your board , it should be as easy as unplugging the Jamma harness and credit display and plugging it into your new machine the same way.

For me this is the only way to MVS , I have several other arcade games and I like the fact that I can sit in a comfortable chair and game as long as I want and my feet dont get tired.

Also my butt dosent get sore from sitting on a damn stool.

I brought my Super Neo 29 from Jack at Arcade Infinity. His communication is quite good and very reliable.

Its very unlikely that the machine will be damaged while in transit. They bubblewrapped my cab and shipped it in a wooden crate.

The actual weight of the cabinet was 275 lb, but with all the packaging(bubble wrap, crating, ect.) the weight was about 440 lb. So when you call for a shipping quote remember to take that into account.

Their east coast carrier is Stevens Air Transport. I paid around $200 for shipping from CA to NY. The cab was shipped to a commercial address. If it was to be shipped to a residential address, shipping would be around $300 to $400.

You should call Stevens Air directly for a shipping quote.

These are all encouraging stories. As long as shipping isn't over 200$, and they answer my recent E-mail, I think I'll buy from them.

Thanks everyone! I hate the idea of getting into a situation like Tonk did, because I don't have enough money to just eat it if something goes wrong. Also, I have had nothing but *GREAT* experiences with people in the neo scene, and I want that to last as long as possible!

You guys have always steered me in the right direction!

they did get back to me. Apparently around 185$ to get it shipped. I sent them a reply just adding that figure to three possibles from thier site. The MVS 25" the neo 19" and the SC 29". If the prices I sent them were right, I just need to figure out wich of those systems I want.
