Bobak please read - permanent bad sellers list proposal?

Hi Bobak,

The names of bad sellers might be old news to the regulars, but I think a permanent topic ->listing the names of confirmed bad sellers is needed at the top of the selling forum, as there is a steady flood of new NeoGeo members (such as myself) popping up every few days.

I don't like the thought of ppl getting scammed because they are new or might have missed a previous bad sellers list that has fallen off the pages... I know this suggestion has been brought up by other ppl on other buyer beware threads.

Any chance of having this done to reduce the chances of members getting scammed or does this pose a legal issue?

yeah, i second that. i was actually going to suggest* that people add "people who suck" to their sigs, alongside the "great sellers" lists.

it's not slander if the people mentioned do indeed "suck." something like buy-right could easily go to the very top.

Yes, but the problem is how do you prove it?

I mean, yeah, everyone knows Japhei shouldn't be dealt with, but there are people that will still vouch for him as being ok.

It has to be factual and provable.

Perhaps a list of people who don't post suggestions in the suggestions forum would be more workable?

with small claims court even if you win it doesnt mean your going to get the money. the people have to have the money to pay the people they owe.
people are people they will garnish checks they will send stuff to collection agen. ect.
but to get money you have to have money and to get the money you win the people you win it from have to have the money, cause if the cops confiscate carts aes ect, as evidence bubye to that stuff for a long long time.small claims court is just that small claims court and if you go any bigger you gotta have hella bones or good luck finding a lawyer thats gunna take a case about a internet video game rippoff.
see chris and dion were able to get it sued because they were publicly (cant spell as we all know) manipulateing playmores owened product.
