Any site with mini marquees ready to print?

I've got a lot of loose MVS carts and would like to have some marquees for the 4 slot candy cab I'm getting soon. Anyone know of a website that has nice scans of them? And does anyone know the size they should be formatted to so that they print out the right size for the marquee? Thanks!
