Sorry if this is common knowledge, but this topic hasn't been discussed in ages, at least.
Anyway, I didn't see this listed in faqs or anything so I figure I should ask.
Last night, I was having a Metal Slug night. And I was playing lots of X. Basically, I was repeating the first level and going for high scores like the Metal Slug 3 discussion on the other forum.
Anyway, one of the times I repeated level 1 animations changed around. What happened was at the start of the level, this time, one of the Mars People in a spaceship was zipping around the skies, in the distance. Then instead of the man with the suitcase talking to one of the locals, you saw a few people fleeing in terror.
I'm guessing the tell tale message that you're going to see different stuff is the flying saucer, but is there other easter egg animations I'm missing that people noticed? Looks like a random occurrance. Though this isn't the first time I seen that, it was brought to my attention by the mere fact of me trying to dissect the level for better scores.
