Buy a Neo Geo CD and get Puzzle Bobble, Joy Joy Kid, Zintrick (CD Exclusive) and Magical Drop 2 at reasonable prices (and all of these lack nothing that the MVS or AES versions have) and have have no loading times apart from initial loading. :D

Get Idol Puzzle Money Exchanger on Japanese Playstation, Magical Drop 3 on Japanese Playstation or Sega Saturn (you can get the original Magical Drop too...) and Panic Bomber on PC Engine CD or Super Famicom (also get Magical Drop 1 and 2 on this too...).

Failing that on MVS...

Well I don't think Panic Bomber is THAT good... but you can easily find a Puzzle Bobble MVS cart for less than 20 bucks...
