sorry to hear that. I knew that was owned by japhei though. It's times like these that I'm glad I check the selling forums periodically

Neo Bomber man does for sure it looks just like the one from tech support forum: Neo Bomber man Real or Bootleg?

On waku I am 99.999% sure. The circuit board doesn't say snk on it and when I went to change the soft dips the game came up as L-6$$-Level. I have pics if any body want to see or host.

What's even worse is that "Carole" is his own mother. Guess it runs in the family.

Short of not using ebay ... I would say not much.

Oddly enough about 2 years ago I unwittingly bought a couple of NGPC games from Caroles and it was as smooth as any other transaction Ive had ,of course even if thats the norm once branded as ascammer your screwed.

Needless to say I wont use anyone associated with Japhai , he has a few new accounts now ,I dont rebebmer them right off hand but they are pretty easy to spot.

The sad thing is, I think I saw these Neo Bomber Man carts on eBay that he was selling...I think he had 3 or 4 of them on sale at the the same time and the description read something to the effect of "No boots sold here" or something to that effect.

Is it wrong that I sent a E-mail to everyone that bought a neo game from caroles-collectibles to let them know that they may have bought a copied game?

No I wouldnt say it is , youre just someone who might actually give a shit and doesnt like being burned thats all. Just tell them to come here and search for Caroles Collectibles and Japhai or Jessicasman ,Im sure there are still a few threads floating around somewhere.

japhei's saying is 100% snk. This dosen't mean that it's not a bootleg. It just means that they code was made by snk. Possibly 100%. Personally I can tell when something is being sold by japhei not only from the identical auction descriptions. But also the familiar accounts. and the fact that he posts about 20 auctions for the same item at once. I wonder how he even supports the listing fees since I know not many people buy from him. You guys have any ideas? I say you should judt stick to the forums for deals and read the selling posts to watch out for the scammers here and elsewhere

Thats pretty much what i do when it comes to mvs stuff but a lot of people don't know about Japhei and his numerous accounts. He still continues to scam people. Can't we get him kicked from ebay? At least get the Caroles Collectibles account kicked for selling boots. We have to show him we wont put up with his crap.

I used this when I needed to contact a seller by phone...
I was sent the link by a helpfull Ebayer..who had been scammed by the person I was trying to contact for my stuff.

I got my stuff..I called the seller by phone..

I'd call him Mom and see what explanation she's got..
There is a way you can get the phone number of the seller. The link below will help you out. I hope this works! Good Luck!
(providing they have it listed)..
<a href="http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MemberSearchShow" target="_blank">http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MemberSearchShow</a>

You probably know this already though..

Hell, why isn't there a Seller's Blacklist on this site? If we could all read it, many incidents like this could be avoided...

Post his return address.
The only person that can do that is someone who has done business with him and actually has it..

I never bought anything from him..

I don't get it. This guy scams dozens of you guys, you have his address and know who he is...and you don't go after him? If I ever was scammed by someone who lived relatively near to me, I would surely pay him a "visit".

I think he really NEEDS it! (plane ticket, perhaps?)

How did you pay? Do a charge back or reverse the credit card charges. Japhei has no intention on being a good seller... so, screw it.
You got ripped off bud, time to contact the credit card company...

Talk, talk, talk. Would you really go "pay" Japhei a "visit" if you lived near him? I seriously doubt it.

Making threats to him in person or going to his house with the intent to beat him up or whatever isn't a way to solve this problem at all. Japhei needs to be hit hard where it hurts the most: his bank. Japhei has seriously scammed numerous people isn't there anyway some sort of lawsuit can be brought up against him?

Anyway good luck everyone in trying to get your money back from this bastard.
